This a practical self-care day, where you will practice a range of somatic techniques to support the management of stress and anxiety and assist personal healing.

Who is this for?

This workshop is for anyone:

  • with an interest in self-care
  • who has stepped onto the path of their personal healing journey
  • who would like to explore somatic techniques to support their own healing

  • Stress management
  • Breathing techniques
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Posture workshop
  • Feel good factor – healthy living

We will provide:

  • Basic handouts for all topics covered.
  • Tea and coffee

Please bring with you:

  • Wear warm, comfortable clothing. Ideally, with layers that can be removed or added.
  • Notebook and paper
  • Food and snacks to eat
  • Yoga mat, blanket and pillow for relaxation
